No those are for women but don’t ask me how it’s used. I’m in school for plumbing and we were told about these.
Toilet Seats
My guess is it is for the children.
Portable Toilets
I remembered visiting a swimming pool at a boys’ school (I was taking a diving course and they rented that pool) and they had a urinal in the women’s change room. Even though the sign on the door even said “women” on it. Beats me.
